2022 Prism

A multi chromatic blend of Picpoul, blended with Spanish Mencia, blended with Alicante Bouschet. This year’s blend is luscious, dark, the tannins from the red grapes are softened by the white grapes, making it very user-friendly. The fruit is powerful, wild, and juicy. A great red wine to chill down. Prism is all about trying new things, new blends, new grape varieties… Looking at things through a different lens, a different perspective.
