After the 2018 Once in a Lifetime Late Harvest Viognier, I thought that I would never see fruit that ripe, with such a clean engulfment of botrytis, ever again. But here it is – 2019 50 Bricks!

Picked at an incredible 50 brix, fermented down to 35 brix, this is a miraculous, world-class display of late harvest wonder.
