We can not accept memberships nor can we ship wine to:Alabama, Arkansas, Kansas, Kentucky, Maryland, Massachusetts, Mississippi, New Hampshire, New Jersey, North Dakota, Pennsylvania, Texas or Utah.

We use UPS 3 Day Select shipping outside of California and UPS Ground Service within California. Please make sure there is an adult available to sign for the package at the address you provide. All return shipping fees will be charged to customer when an adult signature can not be obtained by UPS.

A $75.00 administrative fee will be charged to members who cancel membership prior to receiving two shipments.

We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wines into any state outside of California. The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of alcoholic beverage products. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you.

ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES MAY BE SOLD AND DELIVERED ONLY TO PERSONS WHO ARE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD, AND IN PLACING YOUR ORDER, YOU REPRESENT TO US THAT YOU ARE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD AND THE PERSON TO WHOM DELIVERY WILL BE MADE IS AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD. When your alcoholic beverages are delivered, the person receiving delivery will be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years old.
